Click button "Frame" on the little toolbar, you will see frame browser pane on the left. You can select a frame type from the Frame Type drop-down list. There are two built-in frame types available: Cartoon and Normal. Select a frame type and all the frames of this will be shown in the frame pane . Double click a frame to apply it to the current photo.

Tip: If you want to clear the frame, just click the button "Del Frame" on the little toolbar.
